Answers to the questions I hear most from buyers and sellers
First, we talk about what you want and what you can afford. Then I set up a search so you see homes as soon as they hit the market. We tour the ones you like, make an offer when you find the right one, and I guide you through inspections, appraisal, and closing. The whole process usually takes 30 to 60 days from offer to keys.
In most cases, the seller pays the agent commissions — so working with me as your buyer's agent costs you nothing out of pocket. I'll explain exactly how it works during our first conversation.
I run a detailed market analysis that looks at recent sales of similar homes in your neighborhood. I physically know these streets and factor in condition, upgrades, and what buyers are actually paying right now.
It depends on the neighborhood, price, and condition, but most well-priced homes in Nashville are going under contract within two to three weeks right now.
Absolutely — relocation is one of my specialties. I'll start with a video call to learn what you're looking for, then send you neighborhood guides and listings before you visit.
You don't have to, but I strongly recommend it. Pre-approval tells you exactly what you can afford, and it makes your offer much stronger when you find the right place.
